Excessive delay is settling claim

I was involved in a fender bender early December 2013. As it was not my fault, I elected to submit a 3rd party claim. I supplied all the required paperwork with a week of the accident.
Auto and General (Telesure) are taking forever to get nowhere with my claim, I continually have to call them to prompt them to do anything, Kings of the Stall.
Because of the long delay, I have torn a pair of shorts and my daughter has cut her leg on a piece of protruding bumper.
