No response about my claim in 2 weeks

On the 25th Jan, my credit card was used to purchase tickets are Comair. However i had the card with me and used the card few hrs before to make a purchase at a book store. I called Std Bank immediately and my card was cancelled and just transferred to the dept that was already closed. I then went to gateway branch and they put me through to the dept. The guy said that i will get an affidavitt by email, i have not received this yet. I filled a complaint form on their website and still no response and i am paying interest on this extra charge on my credit card. This service is appauling and i am left unhappy thinking about this extra charge on my credit card
