No service from FNB Private banke

I was upgraded to the FNB Private Client Banking from Premier Banking more than 2 weeks ago and ever since then I have received ZERO service from FNB. Tania Berimbau has been assigned my banker however does not bother to reply on queries submitted to her through the service desk, nor has she bothered to introduce herself. I am unable to get hold of the Head of Private Clients Gethan Morgan. No service at all...
