I have had it with Momentum. I'm disgusted at how their client are treated when it comes to claiming. This has been going on for two months.
After complaining on Hello Peter regarding my claim, I was called by a RUDE lady who didn't bother to give me her name. All she asked was which company was I working for and then told me she will get back to me. It's now end of another business day with no success from Momentum.
I refuse to spend another cent calling their call centre only to be told that they have not received my documents. I've spent too much money on phone calls trying to get my money back. Where do these forms go, why is Momentum conveniently not receiving my documents?
