I bought a phone S4 at East gate mall JHB all the paper work was done including the insurance. i then lost the phone and report to FNB I was told that I don't have insurance, i then requested the paper work that was done last year and I found that I did took the insurance. proof was send to FNB claim department on the 28/01/14 and the claim form was sent on the 30/01/14. I have been forwarding my claim everday hoping that they will call me but no one seems to care. I do not have a phone and at the end of the month they will deduct the money. Really I'm of with FNB and it the second time I'm getting the unfair treatment. I'm prepared to inform my lawyer and I will make sure FNB pays me. As I'm not sure I will ever get a phone.
