NOT ABLE TO GET A RESPONSE FOR A INSURANCE CLAIM

I lost my phone on Monday morning - blacklisted it immediately once i tried calling it and it was off.

on Tuesday submitted a report, claim and affidavit from police station via email and fax. Mtn insurance have a teleprompter where you have to enter details to see how far you claim is... they advise it can take up to 48hrs.
it is now the 3rd day, their teleprompter still tells me my claim has not being received and every time i press 0 to be put through to a operator, i get disconnected. It is most annoying and frustrating as i use my phone for work purposes so now don't have a phone which means i can't work!!!
