On Sunday my car hit a pothole and 2 tyres burst on the R34 memel road. I asked a friend to come help me, from Newcastle, bcos I did not have a wheel spanner, bt unfortunately by the time he got there both tyres were flat and I needed to be towed back to newcastle. then i remembered that i had downloaded the Outsurance app and i prompntly opened it and followd the straight forward instructions, easy as 123. Once i sent the SOS, I got a call back from Outsurance in less than 5 seconds. The lady on the other side was very helpful and friendly, asked me what I needed and i told her i needed to be towed. She promptly got me in touch with a tow truck from Newcastle that could tow be back. In less than 90 minutes the tow truck was there and i was being towed back to newcaslte. i honestly have no idea what i would have done if it wasn't for Outsurance and the great service i was given. the best part of all of this was that Im currently not an Outsurance client and this was all done FREE of charge cos I had downloaded the app!! Amazing! Really greatful for the help. i'll be moving all my insurance needs to Outsurnce promptly, Thank you
