I received a statement on an account that has been under debt review for almost 4 years. The account does not seem to be decreasing in all this time.
On the statement I owe R8258.54 as from 11 Dec. Up to and including today they have added a further R1132.15. For commissions and a few sms's and phone calls. This amount is ludicrous and does cover the two installments of R500 I have made over the two months. I am never going to be able to pay off this account. Furthermore I am under debt review and they seem to completely ignore this fact. They take and take from people who have nothing. Its unfair practice.. The account is being paid monthly, stop adding charges and help those that need it.
