I have a been on debt review since 2009 October. I have paid amounts of R 140, 000. 00 to date. I have two statements from my debt councilors. One statement is from PBCSA and the other one is from Randwise (statements attached). FNB said I have arrears of R 60, 000.00 on the home and personal loan. The small amounts are still not paid up (statement attached) except for Nedbank that recently send me the confirmation letter (attached). The car that was at R 45, 000.00 when I went under debt review and it is still not paid up. Clicks called me and said I need to make arrangements of settling R 5, 000.00, this is the initial amount I had before been under debt review. Direct Axis called and they said I still owe R 11, 000.00 same this is amounts I had before going under debt review.
Even my monthly payment was increased from R 3, 700.00 to R 4, 250.00. When send the old statements to them they informed to pay R 3, 700.00 instead.
