Delay to take my car to panelbeator claim C507909

Myway insurance delayed my car to be collected by panelbeator (Aljourney) from SMD and wasted my 30days of courtesy car. My claim was registered 05/12/13 and panel beator was supposed to collect my car on 10/12/13 as per my insurance. Alljourney were denied by SMD about 3x between the 10/12/13 at 07/01/2014 to collect my car due to release letter by my insurance. I called panelbeator on the 07th January 2014 to check if my car is with them & they told me same story of the release letter and escalated to Franci Bekker (miway) to extend courtesy car as it was expiring on the 08/01/14 at 11:55. Franci said she will confirm ETR with panelbeator before deciding to extend my courtesy car and promised to call me back before expiry date and time but she didn't call me as promised and I decided to call her on the 08/01/14 at 09:30 and I didn't find Franci. While I was at Avis I spoke to Samantha (Alljourney) and she confirmed that Chris Du Plessis (miway) spoke to Johan (Aljourney) on 07/01/14 and Johan informed miway that the delay was from their side (miway). I'm not happy with myway to refuse to extend my courtesy car while delay was from their side and I feel treated unfairly.
