I opened an account late last year. Then they decided to block my account while I was busy doing Christmas shopping without any notification. I actually thought I spent all my credit. When I then phoned to check on my balance I was informed that they just blocked my account! After being transferred I was assured that my account was unblocked, BUT when I tried to use it again it was blocked again. Why do you treat your customers like even after confirming that everything was in order? You obviously don't need customers. I am very disappointed with this company and don't appreciate being embarrassed.
