After completing the Quote Request form on their Outsurance's website, the "request sent" page literally didn't have a chance to load before my phone rang with Outsurance calling. My insurance was set up a few minutes later. The assistant was very patient even though I knew nothing about insurance and what to expect. Thank you Outsurance.
