I was allerted to a possible transaction on 05-01-13. On reporting the issue to FNB, the card was cancelled immediately however, no committment could be given with respect to when the replacement card would be delivered. The agent cancelled both primary and secondary cards in error. After a struggle the card was re-instated. The new card was meant to be delivered to my work address on Gauteng, instead the replacement card was couriered to FNB Branch in N1City Capetown. No one accepts responsibity to correct the situation.
FNB should stop bragging about their 3 day delivery lead time in the convenience of your office as I can't recall such brilliant service levels.
