I am told over and over and Miway advertise that one can change and update ones policy online. It does not work I cannot see my documents and I cannot retrieve my information in order to check it and change it. My Vin Number of my car was incorrect, we phoned to change it and did not get a copy of the updated policy document. We requested it again on 5 February 2014, we did not receive it, we requested it again on 6 February 2014, still did not receive it. Phoned the call centre and been on the phone for 35 minutes to be told there is a system error and I will get my documents later. I also cannot be told why the website does not work. Perhaps someone can phone me to walk me through the website so that I can show them that it does not work.
