My insurance refuses to fix my ca

I was hit by another motorist from the back on the 15 Jan, I called my insurance the following morning and spoke to Mariam, She went through the claim form with me and told me I will have to pay R6000 access because the car was driven by a third party driver. I took the car to Telesure on that friday for assesment and was helped by Flippie (good service) he told me I will receive a call from Auto and General to confirm when can I take the car for repairs. Last week, some lady called from Auto and General called my brother saying that the claim is rejected for some reason. My mother called on my behalf and spoke to James who said they can't help me cause the package I selected doesn't cover the accident. I request a recording from the time my brother (Dr Khosana) was offered the insurance over the phone because the contract form they sent us on the 16 Jan 2013, is different from the telephone conversation. I am prepared to take this up with National Consumer Act, this is a rip off from such companies. I left a message on friday for James, he is nowhere to be found. So in other words we are putting our money in the drain, ( money making scheme) I would call this!!!
