I put in a claim months ago and eventually ABSA assigned Dipalala Trading to fix my roof. The roof is about to collapse and there seems to be no urgently with absa or the company assigned to sort my claim. Dipalala Trading contacted me two weeks ago and arranged to fix the roof on Saturday 1 Feb but no one turned up. Monday 3 Feb Lerato called me and said that they will be at my place on Thursday 06 Feb and once again no one turned up. This is unacceptable and I cannot believe that ABSA would use unreliable and unprofessional contractors like this one.
