I have car insurance with Alex-Forbes (flop) I have put through a claim last year November already and they have not paid the service provider who have made repairs to my car. I have sent numerous e-mails and after continuously phoning, to find out when are they going to pay I am still waiting for a response my overall experience with them is:
- They don't keep their customers updated on the stus of their claims
- The call centre agents are arrogant
Maybe it's time to shop around for another?
