When i called for a boarder letter just from greating i was impressed and i could actually visualise and feel his smile even though he was talking to me over the phone. He has a great person attitude and very flattering if i may say and knows what his doing and keeps the customer informed with what his doing to avoid the customer from thinking his just quite.
