This supplier wrote me a letter telling me that my contract is null and void after 10 years. I reported it to Beeld's Tot u diens and they contacted the supplier. Mr Pieter Nienaber responded immediately. Apparently they should't sent me the letter and it was a mistake at their part. He apologised and the contract will now be reinstated.
I know you didn't't handle the case but I feel I should let you know about a positive outcome.
