A claim (ref nr 2455249) was register in September 2013. Contractor came to look at the damp walls and send his report to ABSA. ABSA never phone back to let us know what is happening. My husband keep on calling to get feedback, he spoke twice to Murray, who said he will come back to us which did not happened. He then spoke to Andisa who told him they are awaiting photos from contractor Roelf (0832285384) which according to him already did. This claim registration was done in September 2013 and we are in February 2014 already and we still have no outcome.
