I have a problem with FNB i got divorce in12/10/07 while i was waiting for the house to be sold he decided to stop paying the bond than the house was sold through auction than there was a shortfall of R31935 than Melanie Naidoo send me an e-mail with e-mails wrote by Mr dhlamini to say if i signed the offer for the house than him alone will pay the shortfall than i singed the offer now i receive sms saying my account is in arrears than i called Mohamed Anaz and explain the whole story than she said i must e-mail her the e-mail i'm talking about than i did after she called me and said the payment was being done on our account than on the 20/01/14 i send e-mail to Mohamed Anaz to request proof of payment that my ex is being all this time but i was surprised on 21/01/14 i received e-mail from Mohamed Anaz saying i signed separate agreement of payment and i don't remember signing such papers and they never even asked for my banking details than how can i agree to on a separate account without them asking me my details? Papers i signed was one for excepting the offer for the sale of the house now there telling me my ex is paying his share of the shortfall without my knowledge. Please help
