Settlement qoute disaste

I have contacted the call centre about 6 times to request a settlement quote but I am still waiting. I send emails but all I get back is a generic mail that says that they will contact me. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED since I will ave to verify my personal information for the nth time. If I have to speak to someone on the phone I am going to FLIP! Please just send the settlement quote to mail email so I get get you out of my life! The service has been really bad!
