How FNB can't help you

After nearly 20 years of been a loyal FNB customer with a low risk credit rating I applied for a Home Loan and was only offered 80% due to their system that automatically assumes what your personal expenses are a month. They are not interested in what the actual amounts are and cannot provide a person with a reasonable answer as they person who you are supposed to speak is never available. Then you go the branch to speak to a Manager for assistance and all they can tell you is "I cannot do that" and "I cannot help you". Then on top of it all your branch does not even have a visitors book to say how we feel about your service. What a joke, well FNB one of your competitors have offered me a better deal and this is what I get for been a loyal customer after all of these years.
