TAKE MY INTEREST!!!

2 weeks ago I was in a position to pay all my bonds at all the banks in full. I requested settlement figures from all banks and received the figures from all banks except Absa the same day. I settled the bonds at all those other banks on the same day. Cecil Ogle from Absa Commercial undertook to give me the settlement figure later that day. Ever since Cecil refuse to answer my calls or to reply to my messages on his landline and on his cell phone. After being frustrated for two weeks I went to the local branch in Rustenburg Mall. After the personnel was on the line with COMMERCIAL for more than two hours, they requested (for the first time in 2 weeks!) that I put my request in writing! I complied with that request there and then in the branch manager's office and send it from her PC. That was two days ago!!! I contacted the main Absa branch in Rustenburg and also put my request in writing to them. No reply since! I recon that Absa drags this process, to see if they cannot "score" an extra month's interest from their clients!!! How very disgusting, especially in the light that all the other banks could help me on the SAME day!! Maybe Steve of the FNB radio ad is right all along!
