Terrible Service

Good day,

I took out Smart Insurance when purchasing my car in 2009. I have been trying to get some dents fixed with no luck. I have sent a person called Ulile Jacobus Numerous emails (which i have proof off) requesting that my scratches be fixed. This person keeps saying i should send pictures of the scratches which i have sent 4 times already. If i wont check for a response i don't get any communication. I have to keep following up. This is tiring. Can someone please contact me as i am trying to fix my car before i sell it. The last 2 emails i sent, i have received NO RESPONSE.
