Worst service eve

I have been getting calls from African bank and when i answer they just drop the line, yesterday i got a another call and fortunately there was someone on the other line, advised her that I've been getting calls and it irritating and she said that she cannot answer for the people who were calling - that's unprofessional. today i got a call from Busi who was very rude, she spoke to me like she was talking to her kid, and gave different amounts that she is not sure of, i asked to speak to a team leader because we were going nowhere with the conversation, i then spoke to Brenda who was extremely rude i guess she was trying to impress her agents, i am very disappointed with the service, the consultants don't know what they are doing maybe they must be taken for a refresher training, my colleague once complaint about your service and i said that it has gotten better from the last i spoke to you, only to find out that it has gotten worse, i don't know when was the last time i got a pathetic service, you guys need to do something about this, if you continue like this you will lose most of you client, i feel like i can just pay off and close all my accounts, this is the worst service eve
