On the 8th August 2014 i was involved in an accident on the M2 at Wemmer and Mooi street. I called FNB Insurance Brokers informing them of the accident i was assisted by a consultant, Shonisani. Assessors were then sent to my house to assess the damage of the car on the same day and the car was then towed and taken to their storage.my car was then taken to Nu Wagon in Roodepoort for "fixing". the car was then brought back on 20th September 2013 claiming it was "fixed" i managed to drive it home on that day but the very next day on 21st the engine would start but the car wouldnt move, the car was then towed and taken to Mayfair gearbox and diff, because apparently there was a problem with the gearbox. All the while i was stranded without a car because FNB had taken their courtesy car back, they wouldnt even compensate me for the inconvenience they caused. i ended up having to rent a car at R400 a day. Mayfair gearbox and diff claimed to have fixed my car on January 24th 2014 after having it from Sep 2013. The car had petrol fumes coming out, a problem with the airbags and engine. 5 months later my car still isnt fixed. FNB Insurance Brokers are CHEATS
