Our car was sent to Delport Diff and Gearbox for a quote on a damaged gearbox on our car due to an attempted hijacking on the 14th February 2013. While our car was in their care they had an accident in our car. They were only insured for 3rd Party. I claimed against my own insurance. They are insured through Santam. I had to outlay an amount of R5 831.99 for car hire. I have been paid back my excess but not reimbursed for car hire from their insurance. Delport should be held responsible for this.
