2005 a friend took over payment on my car at the time financed through mfc. She signed a third party agreement at mfc. Then paid the car off in 2009, then received the original papers plus change of ownership papers. I subsequently bought a new vehicle and then license department confirmed the the UNO Mia is still registered in my name. I spoke to Lady Natasha Hearn the so called owner of vehicle. She sold it and does now not know where the vehicle is. However License department centurion expects me to pay the outstanding license fees and request duplicate natice papers. Before i can get my new car licensed. I requested MFC legal and customer care department to assist, And they send me an e mail that they are unable to find dulplicate papers. I requested them to then right it off. But they keep giving me the run around. This Natsha Hearn has no drivers license. Therefore I can not understand how she manged to receive the original paper work. Also she sold the car to someone else giving them the original. This person that I only know as Siva refuses to assist in the the whereabouts of the vehicle. I also went to centurion police station
and wanted to open case of. They refuse
