I had Settled my account for my car early December, I requested natas docs to be picked up by me and only me..Mfc proceeded to hand out my papers to some random driver working for some random dealer. I never authorised any collection from anyone else other than myself!! When I call to find out, they say they will call me back after investigating the problem.. Still not one return call to notify me what is happening with my papers. It has become my problem to run after everyone now to try escalate the problem and retrieve my papers. I have sold the car privately and the gentleman is bugging me for the papers so he can register the car. The car is sitting on my name and is accumulating who knows how many infractions. On top of that I cant register my other vehicles because this ones license needs renewing and they wont give me new license until its done.. I am going to open a criminal case against mfc because those papers are in who knows hand and can be registered into any ones name!! I will also be contacting my lawyer to proceed with legal action for negligence and damages occurred during this ordeal.
