I would like to raise this complaint with you, i paid for my vehicle through Internet am amount of R4, 100 on the 3rd after receiving a message stating that my account is due, on the 4th the debit went through, an amount of R3, 600 through so was charged twice. Can the R4, 100 be reversed please today not tomorrow, Cindy helped me and the lady was very helpful and friendly but it seems as if reversal is taking time, this has destructed my whole budget and i am not happy about that.
I would like my money to be reversed immediately.
