I called African Bank yesterday to get settlement letters for my loans.
I was advised by the consultant Emily Mokwena that I will receive it shortly as she is emailing it to me now. I have now waited almost 24 hrs, and still have not received it. This is the second time I have had such service from the bright sparks that African Bank employs.
I refuse to put up a huge performance like last time to get something done, it is a waste of time and energy.
So if someone from African Bank is willing to provide some form of customer service, please be so kind as to contact me so I can settle my accounts with you and take my business to a company that is actually willing to assist their clients in a courteous and professional manner.
