I got a warm welcome from security (Thulani), he greeted me with a smile and showed me where to park my car. I then spoke to Mr Raj Jewnarian (assessor), he was very friendly and offered me coffee. Josephine (receptionist) offered me biscuits for my coffee. while i was having coffee Raj was busy assessing my car and he called me the and showed me the damages in my car, what need to be removed and other things i did not realise that they were damaged. I asked for a copy of a qoutation, and he promised to e-mail it to me by the next day because it was not possible to get a hard copy at that time. Overall I can rate Telesure in a scale of ten (10/10).
