Shaun introduced himself very well, he gave me the warmest welcome with a smile and he even offered me some tea, while he is doing his assessment on my car. After he was done with the assessment, he explained everything to me, I asked him why he took photo's of certain things - he explained everything to me I I appreciated it and I was surprised - he was thorough. It was excellent. he was very approachable. He was so easy to talk to and flexible.
