As I drove in I was welcomed by a friendly security personnel who showed me where to park, surprise surprise he knew my name.
Before I could even get out of the car Alan came and welcomed me, offered me a chair and a cup of coffee whilst he was busy with the car.
He continously gave me feedback on everything that he noted on the car and even offered some advices on what to do next as well as on what ton expect in the next few days concerning the car repairs.
Thank you to all the staff for the welcoming attitude it makes one feel at home and at ease.
