When i arrived at the venue, i was greeted and welcomed by the Security person, who was expecting me.
He directed me to the parking area. Before I could switch the engine off, a gentlemen was already by my door side waiting to assist me. He greeted me with a smile, calling me by my name and explained the whole process to me. He then offered me coffee, which I made from a coffee machine.
As I was having coffee, he explained the repairs process to me.
I would recommend this service to any one!
