What must I do to get a response???

Because Outsurance took a month to sort out a simple water leak, I received a water account of R3000.00. All I need from them is a letter to say that there was a leak and that the Municipality must give me a discount or they have to pay the account because of their incompetence! How long does it take to type a letter?

It's been a very long time that I ever received such bad service. I would be ashamed if my company treated people like this. Since when must your client, source companies to fix the pavements that was damaged because of incompetence of the plumber that Outsurance used? You leave messages for the person you are dealing with, but nobody care to tell him to phone the client back.

This is the second complaint in a month's time! (Same claim) This is the only way I can get a response from Outsurance!!! Maybe my issue will be resolved this time around...
