We are a company insured with Santam
We had an accident in December, and as we have the option, was supplied with a rental vehicle FROM EUROPECAR. The car was returned by 24 January 2014
We are still waiting on repayment of the deposit amount (Ref no 164447907)
Various emails have been sent, and phone calls been made, but we keep on receiving excuses as to why the payment has not been returned
This is not the level of service I expect from a SANTAM service provider
