I TOOK 2 PHONES ON CONTRACT FROM FNB THEY DELIVERED ON THE 27/1/13, THIS PACKAGE WAS 100 FREE MIN, 100 SMS AND 1GB DATA FOR R209 X24 MONTHS
WHEN I GOT THE PHONES NONE OF THESE BENEFITS WERE ACTIVATED SO I CALLED THE CALL CENTER THEY SAID AFTER 3 DAYS AFTER THOSE 3 DAYS IT WAS STILL NOT ACTIVATED I LOGGED A COMPLAINT A CONSULTANT EMAILED ME AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ACTIVATED ON 3/2/14 ITS NOW THE 4/2/14 AND STILL NOTHING I USED ABOUT R30 AIR TIME AND STILL DIDN'T GET HOLD OF A CONSULTANT FROM FNB DEVICES. THIS IS SO DECEIVING I CAN'T BELIEVE SUCH A BIG COMPANY CAN BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEFFICIENT. THESE CONSULTANTS DON'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL YOU THEY SEND MAILS I MEAN REALLY. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I!
