Attooh Administrators were supposed to administer my vehicle insurance on behalf of Riverport Insurance Brokers. The insurance was supposed to commence on 01 July 2013 and I sent them an email on 03 July 2013 and requested that they cancel it as I no longer need it. Tazz Jung called today, 18 July 2013 and was VERY RUDY to me and said I have been ignoring their calls and that they are only cancelling the contract today, as if she is privy to my day-to-day schedule. Her attitude is totally unacceptable for a person who deals with people. I will not be referring anyone to Riverport Brokers and neither will I go back to them for insurance in future. If this is the kind of attitude they give their potential clients I can only imagine how they treat them when one has to make a claim.
