I called Discovery for new car insurance.
Liked quote so much i then transferred all my insurance to them.
Then decided not to proceed with original car but retained insurance with them. Queried change in one car's premium and it was fixed.
Commenced but decided to purchase car originally interested in.
Queried changed quote for new car. Was told first because different values for goods and then quote expired. Since quote was within 30 days still I was then told by prince that this was not discounted as 30 days quote was before insurance commenced and no discount anymore.
This is unacceptable and I have cancelled my insurance after all of 6 days having now lost my 2 years claim free record with original insurer, two years away from getting my bonus.
