Great service and delivery

I would really like to thank FNB for the amazing customer care I have received from them. they do go the extra mile to help their customers. My credit card was faulty, the chip had an error. I logged a call for a replacement card on Thursday and I am so chuffed that I have just received the replacement card via courier FOC. Excellent service and delivery!

I had an arrangement for a loan which I paid on time and I was most surprised to get a courtesy call just to say thank you for the payment.

the banking industry seems to lack much in terms of the "personal touch" but suffice to say FNB has left me with only good things to say. yes there are flaws in the system but FNB rewards are great and I am most pleased. keep it up!
