Well that's a new low, a phone call to me where the caller is a recording? Have you guys forgotten your customers are humans? Bad enough getting SMSes from most companies nowadays, but I really think a recorded phone call to me plumbs new depths.
To top it all, I already got the reminder SMS at 0803 today, thank you. Then the phone call at 0950.
