I must say, I LOVE CELLC! Im absolutely appalled by the service i received from your pathetic collections agent! Apparently i owe R70 for a missed payment! Agent calls me while im on holiday, and demands i go make a payment at my nearest nedbank branch! Im on holiday!!! Finding a branch will take me hours! If not the whole day! I drop the phone and this pathetic incompetent excuse of a person closes my phones! TO SPITE ME!!!? Who does he think he is!? My perception of cellc has changed completely due to this! Whats puzzling is that my deduction came off today for both my phones, why couldn't you combine the deduction with the "normal" monthly payment? So i call the call centre and they reconnect my services and we agree that you will resubmit the fee, in all honesty! Your call centre agents should be collections consultants! This is absolutely pathetic! To think that no one told me about the R70 fee and when it will be deducted aggravates me more! You also might want to include it in your contracts! Mine certainly doesn't suggest the fee!!! TELL YOUR CLIENTS OF ANY MONETARY TRANSACTIONS OR FEES!!! Im disappointed by cellc for giving agents the power to speak to us like that!
