Will someone please listen to me!

Dear Sir / Madam, I noticed on Saturday that MFC had put through two debit orders on my account. One was for an arrears amount. This arrears had been cleared as a friend of mine deposited the funds into MFC's account last week. I notified Edenvale Branch requesting them to return the one debit order - knowing that if both went through, I would have serious returns on my account. My instructios were ignored. I have multiple RD's now and Nedbank is merely charging me R120 each time they return something. Come on guys!!! I wrote to you telling you that, through no fault of my own, I am without a job and I am doing the best I can with what I have right now but Nedbank is not helping!!!
