Big thanks to Lemmy, Seitshiro and Thapelo. The mystery debit order was finally traced, it took a month but I'm glad it was resolved eventually. The guys were keeping in contact throughout and eventually we came to a mutual agreement to keep both parties happy and I must say they went all out to resolve and sort of keep me as a client with reasonable and exciting terms and conditions. Very impressive and definitely pushing beyond boundaries to maintain excellent service. Keep it up guys!
