Pathetic Service

I had a small sallary this month and my account was overdrawn, so I made an arrangement that I will pay it at the end of February, but still after the arrangement they deducted the money! I've been trying to get this solved from Friday morning 8 o, clock! But still nothing has happend and now Its there mistake and now I'm liable for the bank cost!! I've done as they asked even the same dispute form I've send it 3 times now!! If this is not solved by this morning I'm going to close my account, I can't work with a bank that can't give me a good servive
