I logged a complaint on the 24th of January, on Hello peter and FB as well as sent an email to the complaints department and ombudsman. I get silly responses saying that they are all looking into it and NO ONE GETS BACK WITH AN ANSWER! I AM SICK OF THIS. I still dont have my cheque card, can not use my online banking as I am currently using a TEMP card... now i know for a fact that FNB don't care about anyone! Disgusting... i work in CS and if I handled my customer the way FNB has been handling me they would have asked me to resign from my job!
