Standard Bank decides to roll out their plans in changing all Puresave Accounts to Accu whatever accounts over the weekend. No problem, we were made aware of the change so we blissfully accept it. So today I try and withdraw money and guess what all my funds are unavaialble to withdraw! Oops syas my brach, there's nothing they can do as the problem is nationwide and they are working on it, it should be sorted out during the course of the day. I also phone the customer care line, they can't see the problem and advise me to get a new card! That's not the problem! Please explain to me how do they do a national roll out, it up and expect their clients to sit without money for a day.
