They quick to Debit but Terrible with paying

I Have money cash back payment that I have been promised day after day that I will get my payment... I am the one always calling them or sending emails out... I hear about problems after problems... they promise the world but you get nothing back as they advertise... plus they give wrong information when u join... quick to take your money but Terrible to pay back money thaft belongs to me... Terrible service...
